Meditation Sessions & Wellbeing Days

Located in the tranquil Chew Valley countryside Breathe offers a range of meditation, mindfulness, relaxation, wellbeing retreat days & sessions with lovely indoor and outdoor spaces to accommodate whatever the weather.  With lovely outdoor grounds and adjacent to countryside the benefits of nature can be enjoyed and incorporated into sessions with mindful nature bathing and walks.  
 

Beginners Learn How To Meditate Day

A relaxing, day of meditation & mindfulness in a lovely tranquil setting.

You will learn and practice a wide range of meditation, mindfulness & breathing techniques to find what suits you best so that you can commence and sustain your own practice after the day is over if you so wish and support your health and wellbeing in your daily life.

Groups of 4 -10 people can be accommodated on a date to suit you. A lovely wellbeing day for those wanting to learn how to meditate and enjoy a day of selfcare and relaxation with friends, family or work colleagues for a special occasion treat or team building event.

£55 per person including lunch

Wellbeing Retreat Days

A relaxing wellbeing retreat day of meditation, mindfulness, relaxation, sound bath, movement with breath, & walking in the Chew Valley countryside.  A yoga session can also be incorporated into your day on request.

Groups of 4 -10 people can be accommodated on a date to suit you. A lovely wellbeing day of selfcare and relaxation with friends, family or work colleagues for a team building event.
