Breathe run corporate meditation sessions and workshops in the workplace and sessions in schools and colleges in the Bristol/Bath area. Group & private one to one meditation and wellbeing sessions are also available in a tranquil meditation studio in the Chew Valley, near Bristol.
Paula established Breathe with the intention to make meditation & wellbeing sessions accessible to all. With a background in health & fitness having previously being owner manager of a fitness health center and being a qualified aerobic instructor her passion for health & wellbeing has spanned across many years of teaching and personal practice. Having also worked in the corporate environment where the impact of work related stress was evident on mental and physical health and wellbeing of employees. Breathe was established to support a holistic approach to health and well being.
After many years of a meditation practice where she found much personal benefit from a regular practice and an interest in the immense benefits scientific research supporting meditation showed to mental health and well being, Paula's passion to bring the benefits of meditation and mindfulness to others grew and Breathe was established . Qualifying with distinction as a meditation teacher with the British School of Meditation achieving Ascentis & Ofqual accreditation qualification, Yoga alliance yoga teacher certification, Tai Chi adapted exercises, Indian Head Massage, Tibetan & Crystal Singing Bowl Therapy & Sound Healing with the aim to provide complete sessions of meditation, mindfulness and relaxation for mental and physical health & wellbeing .
Breathe combines teachings and respect of the origin of meditation and cultures from which it originates with a full understanding of the stresses of urban life to offer a powerful mix of tradition and secular insights into mental health and well being in this hectic modern world.
